
Habib hUSAIN
As Program Manager at San Diego International Airport Habib is responsible for managing and implementing phase 1 of Airport Development Plan (ADP) that consists of new 30 gate passenger terminal, apron, on-airport roadway systems and parking structure. Working for more than twelve years as owner’s representative at San Diego International Airport, Habib has been responsible for $820 million dollar ten gate Green Build Program, $300 million dollar Rental Car Center, $120 Million T2 Parking Plaza and $227 Million Federal Inspection Services Facility. Habib’s responsibilities include managing design and construction from inception of programmatic documents, through project completion. In addition Habib has been responsible for setting and obtaining approval of owner’s program budgets and schedules and successfully negotiating Guaranteed Maximum Price for over billion dollars’ worth of multiple airport projects.
Before moving to San Diego, Habib worked in Chicago, Illinois. As Program Manager, Habib was responsible for the World Gateway Program at O'Hare International Airport worth 1.4 billion dollars.
Habib has more than 30 years of intensive facility design and management experience. Prior to assuming the position as Program Manager, Habib was Manager of Architectural Services for McClier. In this capacity he was responsible for the staff management, technical coordination and quality control of all projects from inception through construction completion within the Architecture Department.
